We will always strive to give you the highest quality in our product. All greens are grown outside, not greenhouse grown, so some may have natural bruising and blemishes on them. Please keep in mind that all greenery is unique, and that no two leaves will be the same shape or color, which can vary, depending on the time of year.
Designing and processing time:
Please allow a 7-day processing period for all orders under 40". For larger orders, we need at least 14 days advanced notice. If you need delivery before the time stated, please contact us to request expedited delivery.


Shipping info:
Please keep in mind that all garlands, bouquets, and floral products are real, fresh, and require overnight shipment to maintain the highest level of freshness! Once your shipment is sent, you will receive confirmation with a FedEx tracking number. Once your order is accepted by the delivery service, we are no longer responsible for delays by the carrier service, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or any governmental agricultural holds.
